Membership termination policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by the last day of the month. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Withdrawing from a class: Credits, refunds and makeup classes will not be issued for classes missed for personal reasons. Please take all personal activities into account before registering for classes.

Corporate program: The Northern York County Family YMCA partners with local employers to offer incentives and programs to encourage area employees to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. "Access" scholorship program: The YMCA is dedicated to providing programs and services to all, regardless of their ability to pay. We offer a scholarship program for those that qualify.

Other important membership information:

  • If the YMCA cancels a program before the start of a session, you will receive a full refund.
  • All members will receive a membership card and are required to have it scanned upon entering the facility.
  • Please show a picture ID when entering the YMCA without your membership card.
  • Members 15 and over are asked to fill out a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) before using the facility. Members may also pick up a questionnaire and hand in completed forms at the front desk.
  • Please refrain from using cell phones while at the YMCA.
