Once they become part of the Corporate Wellness Program at Northern York County Family YMCA , we do more than provide membership cards and expect success to happen. We become a strategic partner in wellness, working with your company to create a program that works best for you and your employees. We identify wellness goals and priorities and work with each individual at their own level to help them stay engaged and ultimately give them a better chance for success.

Access to over 40 fitness classes with convenient schedules (free with purchase of Group Activity Pass)
Discounted youth programs, including sports and swim lessons
Priority program registration for members

Free on site childcare (Family Prime Time) for members while they workout
Access to member incentive programs to keep you motivated

As a participant in our Corporate Wellness Program, each employee and their family can take advantage of our free trial week to experience the Y prior to committing to their membership.

Program Details
Three options to best fit your company

Option 1: 10% YMCA discount if your Company offers payroll deduction payment option for employees.
*Rates for individual and family memberships apply.

Option 2: 10% YMCA discount if your Company pays 10% or more of the employees membership fees.
*Rates for individual and family memberships apply.

Option 3: YMCA and your Company partner together to offer aggressive employee reimbursement plan.
*Company will reimburse employees a specified amount directly if employee uses the YMCA facility a specified amount of times or more per month. The YMCA will provide you with a monthly facility usage report and a valid receipt for membership fees paid by your employee.
