Participation in all group fitness classes require members to purchase a Group Excercise Pass (monthly fee: $10/person, $20/family) and are an hour long unless otherwise noted. Yoga classes have been classified specifically by levels in order to provide our members with the best possible experience.
Pilates
Promote balance between muscle groups and stretch the body. Pilates is designed to create a strong core without pain. Work on your posture, flexibility and body alignment. Good for mental alertness and stress management. Levels 1-2-3.

Low Impact Aerobics
Low impact aerobic class that is designed for Active Older Adults, pregnant women and beginners. Warm up, gentle aerobics, strength training and flexibility are included. Variations and modifications will be shown with different levels of intensity. Includes weights, balls and bands. Levels 1-2

Power Cut
Try a new cutting-edge experience that will expand your physical limits. Power Cut is a total body workout using weights, giving maximum results in minimum time. It is a challenging class that will keep you coming back! Levels 1-2-3.

Power Pedaling
Indoor group cycling that’s as fun as you want to make it. Instructors will help you motivate up hills, over jumps, through sprints and much more. 45 minutes. Levels 1-2-3.

Step-Pump-Kick
Enjoy a variety of cardio and strength moves with combinations, leaving participants wondering what’s next. We save time for toning and abdominal work, so be ready. Level 2-3

60-Minute Blast
Get everything you need in one class! 40 minutes of a challenging cardio workout, 10 minutes of strengthening and toning, and finish up with 10 minutes of core work and stretching. A fun and challenging program. Levels 2-3.

Sculpt & Tone
This class is one hour of sculpting and toning using a variety of exercises and equipment. Focus will be put on both upper and lower body. It’s a great class to add to your cardio routine or by itself. All Levels

Kickboxing
A great cardio class to keep you energized and fit. Punches, kicks and a variety of other moves will keep you challenged throughout the class. This is a 45 minute class without the use of bags. All Levels

Get introduced to Yoga Poses, Breathing Techniques and the background behind Yoga. 1.5 hrs. Level 1

This class takes you to the next level. It introduces you to
Yoga Vinyasa (flows) and gentle inversions with more in depth breathing work. 1.5 hrs. Levels 2-3
