Group FitnessParticipation in all group fitness classes require members to purchase a Group Exercise membership (monthly fee: $10/person, $20/family) and are one hour long unless otherwise noted. Yoga classes have been classified specifically by levels in order to provide our members with the best possible experience.

Note: Non-members must purchase a $10 day pass to participate in a group excercise class.

Sunrise Boot Camp
Challenge yourself with a series of drills and advanced exercises to develop strength/cardiovascular endurance. Levels 1-2-3
M/F 5:30am-6:30am


Pilates
Promote balance between muscle groups and stretch the body. Pilates is designed to create a strong core without pain. Work on your posture and flexibility.      
F  9:30-10:30am (Beginner)

Low Impact Aerobics 
Warm up, gentle aerobics, strength training and flexibility are included. Variations will be shown with levels of intensity including weights, balls and bands.
M/W/F  11:00 - 11:45am

Total Body Tone
This class is one hour of total body toning and conditioning using a variey of equipment and training methods such as functional and circuit training. Levels 2, 3
M 5:30-6:30pm              

Multi-Level Yoga
This class takes you to the next level of Yoga. It introduces you to Yoga Vinyasa (flows) and gentle inversions with more in depth breathing work.

Zumba
A combination of fitness moves and Latin dance gives a fantastic workout while you are having too much fun to notice.  Shake off the winter blues and shake up your current fitness routine and see why everyone is doing Zumba.

Indoor Cycling
Focus on endureance training to maintain or increase your performance in doutdoor cycling. B.Y.O.B. (bring your own bike) and use one of our Kurt Kinetic Road Machines or choose to use one of our Body Cycle bikes.

Ultimate Fit 90
Get everything you need in one class. This class offers 90 minutes of intense cardio drills, cutting-edge strength moves and core exercises in an interval format. This calls is great for the avide athlete or anyone ready to push their limits. Levels 2-3

Bar Sculpt
Bringing the disciplines of yoga, Pilates and sprts conditioning in one system, this class targets specific areas like the seat, abdominals, arms and thights. Get prepared to building a strong core, improve your posture and focus your mind. Levels 1-2-3

TABATA Training
This class offers the participant four-minute structured sets of high-intensity exercises combined with brief periods of recovery. The premise of this class follows the notion that exercising at a high level of intensity for a short period of time is more effective than exercising at a low level of intensity for long period of time. Levels 1-2-3

Chair Yoga
A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support as a way to achieve physical and mental fitness. Levels 1-2-3
M 10:00am

It Burns!
This class is one hour of sculpting and toning using a variety of exercises and equipment. It is a total body workout using weights, giving maximum results in minimum time. This challenging class will keep you coming back for more! Levels 2-3
T 9:30am-10:30am

Intensity
Plyometric drills combined with intervals of strenght, power, resistance and core training, this class is sure to leave you wanting more! No equipment or weights needed. the whole workout is done using your own body weight! Levels 2-3
T 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Step Up To Intensity
This class offers the same challenging drills as Intensity, while adding a component of step aerobics to the mix. Finsihing out the hour is series of abdominal and core work. This hour will satisfy anyone looking for a little bit of everything in one great class. Levels 1-2-3
