The following programs are offered as a service to our members to help them achieve their overall health and fitness goals.
Member Orientations
Our Fitness staff is here to help you acclimate to our fitness center and free weight room. We will meet with you individually and teach you how to use the cardio and weight equipment. The first appointment includes a 10 minute warm up and introduction to 7 pieces of our Cybex equipment. The second appointment will focus on the last 6 pieces of Cybex equipment. During your appointment, our staff teaches you how to adjust the equipment, fits you to each machine, and works with you to find an appropriate starting weight. We record your settings, weights and repetitions on a fitness card that is kept on file for you in the gym. This service is included in your membership and is mandatory for children between the ages of 10-17. Free weight appointments are also available for members age 14 and older. All appointments are scheduled at the front desk. Members can make an appointment for refreshers as well.
Commit to be Fit
Members will progress through a 6-week program with the guidance of a fitness coach once a week. Your fitness coach will check in with you to keep you motivated and committed. Enrollment is open and includes a fitness orientation.

The physical fitness test will assess your body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance and cardiovascular endurance. This service is available to members only and an appointment is required. Please contact the front desk to schedule an appointment.
