The Northern York County Family YMCA is located off of Alfred Street in Biddeford (Rte. 111).

From Route 1 (Heading northbound): Stay on Route 1 north passing through Downtown Kennebunk. You will stay on Route 1 north also passing through Arundel. Once you enter Biddeford, you will turn left at the Biddeford Spur, following signs to Route 95 (Maine Turnpike). At the end of the Spur, turn right unto Alfred road and follow the directions below from Alfred Road.

From Interstate 95 (heading north or south): Take exit 32 (Biddeford), making a left off exit onto Rte. 111. Travel about 1 mile to the second set of lights & Southern Maine Medical Center is on the right. Take a left hand turn onto Barra Road and then take your first immediate right onto Pomerleau Street. The YMCA is located on the hill to your left.
